As a System Engineer at TAL, you will be responsible or the technical definition, design and successful execution of automated intralogistics projects throughout both the pre-contract and execution phases.
Acting as the technical expert, the Systems Engineer works closely with Sales, Project Management, customers and suppliers to develop innovative, cost-effective and technically robust solutions.

- Analyze customer operational and logistics data to develop optimized automation solutions.
- Perform system simulations to validate proposed designs.
- Design automated systems using CAD and engineering tools.
- Develop technical concepts that balance performance, cost and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to prepare competitive technical proposals.
- Support supplier selection and technical evaluations.
- Prepare execution strategies, project plans and Gantt schedules.
- Validate the overall solution considering technical design, suppliers, execution plan and financial viability.
- Act as the technical expert during customer presentations and solution reviews.
- Validate engineering documentation before manufacturing and implementation.
- Lead the preparation and presentation of Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).
- Coordinate technical activities between engineering, suppliers and project teams.
- Ensure technical compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support installation, commissioning and system go-live.
- Provide technical guidance during testing, validation and acceptance phases.
